I've ordered from there a few times. Tube is the way to go, and .505 is the smallest I'd go. Anything less will literally snap the first good hit. Trust me, I learned the hard way.

Depends on what you want. If you want more hitting power, solid. If you want more lightweight, tube. I personally perfear .524 for my round blades.
With the tubs, you'll need to counterweight them too by hot gun gluing a bolt that will fit inside of the core on the bottom in order for them to make weight.

under the premise of we don't ever want them breaking.

and what kind a foam do you use on your beat sticks? cus those things are fast, adn prety light. same question about stabbing tips, what do you use?

And but then it wouldn't feel right to me. I feel like Im cheating or something. Plus, for the price of a sword or speed bat, I could make like 2 or 3 of my own. But I might, just for a quality sword, and after a while, i reverse engineer it and build one of my own of equal quality.
