Here's a simple, basic pattern. www.alonatwotrees.com/library/howto/amtgard_pants_101.pdfSeems solid for basic pants. Print it out and have a try at it. BTW if you don't want a draw string and instead would rather attach that hakama style folding cloth simlar to what I use, shoot me a PM and I can explain it in detail or teach you in person.

Wow, those are....yeah.
Yay, rebirth of a thread. Just wondering if anyone knows how to make pants without a pattern? Know what I want for pants, not sure what they'd be called or what category they'd fall into. Know they're not those wonderfully complicated hakama, much simplier than that. Not quite wrap pants cause they'd be solid. Not quite the ones from the first link cause they'd be less wide than that. Have a pair of pants that are bit small now and trying to figure out how to use those has a pattern but make stuff bigger but don't think I'm doing it right. Help would be appreciated! Thanks!
