Someone we know to be bad news; cheater, lier, sneak, dirty fighter, banned for whatever reason, etc. etc.
shows up to practice and when asked to leave, doesn't. First respose would be to call the cops but explaining the situation would be hard and the chance of them actually showing up is pretty scarce.
So, person we ask to leave doesn't want to. What would be the next thing to do?

We pay them no mind, and fail all their equipment so they can't fight. If they still wanna hang around doing nothing or try to fight anyways, we confront them as a whole, i.e. all officers and kovniks present, or anyone else trusted to speak for the realm. Explain in no uncertain terms that they are not wanted or welcome at our practice. If they continue or especially if they would like to get physical, there is always at least one person present who's big enough to physically remove them to the parking lot.
This actually gives me an idea. Maybe it's too much or unnecessary, but maybe we could make a position specifically for this. Maintain order and what not, at practices and events. A Khador bouncer of sorts.

Or we call hold. We do it peacefully and don't fight until said person leaves. But, that's kind of bogus. If that person wants to be a dick, they can just hang out all day and ruin our fun.
I think getting physical isn't really a good idea. If it leads to a fight, charges could be pressed and that would seriously make us not look good. I think we should avoid fighting or physical removal at all costs. That is, unless said person takes the first swing. Then all bets are off, because it's now gone from assault to self-defense.
Basically, it works like this. It's a public park. Anyone can hang out anywhere they want in it. If someone's unwanted, they could still hang out in the area. However, we can still prevent them from fighting on our field and avoid said person and not talk to them and such. It would mean keeping someone out every fight to watch them to ensure they don't fuck with our equipment or anything stupid otherwise.
Another thing. BMCS is a private organization. Khador being part of it, we have the right to allow or deny anyone we please from fighting on our field. We just can't prevent them from being present. But if they are just hanging around, hurling insults or generally causing problems, but not trying to fight, we are within rights to call the police to have the individual removed from the area. As a private organization, we have that right. If they come back, we can remove them again.
Is it possible to get a restraining order, maybe? That would give Khador more legal footholds.

Oh, this is serious responses. I liked the idea of chasing the person away with torches and pitchforks. Think I'm getting to much Frankensteinian stuff in my system.
I like the restraining order idea, but they can kind of be a bitch to get...especially for a public place like a park. Otherwise the hold idea is good too. Then maybe if the person still wouldn't leave, what if everyone else did. I know it ends everyone else's fun, but that should send a clear message.

Yeah, the physical removal thing I meant as a sort of last resort deal. And you do bring up a good point Ironside, we have no say whether they can be there or not, but we definately are within our rights to deny them from participating.

Anything happened Kracken? Or is this hypothetical and let's plan this in case this happens?
I am a fan of mocking said person until they get frustrated and leave.
Otherwise I would slightly disagree with the notation of the physical removal thing, but that's just my personality and style and understand that is not always practical at a public park and since I represent the realm and Belegarth out there and not just myself, then I know I have to play nicer than I normally would in real life.

Having a realm appointed bouncer I don't like. If there is a problem with someone at practice there's a problem with the entire practice. It shouldn't fall on any one person. Was thinking about doing like OEF and adding "Voice of the people" to the kommandant position. Basicly means you're the complaint dept. If anyone has a problem you can mediate or bring it to the other officers as a third party. Talk to fissi, it's good stuff they got there.
Back to topic, I'm really glad you guys got this stuff down. I've been racking my brain about what would be the best thing to do in the situation. Knowing full well we can't just kick the persons ass. With previous dealings with the park district office all it would take is some random kid with a black eye to point a finger and we'd have to move. But stopping practice for the one trouble maker sends a good message. Failing all their equipment works really good, assuming their equipment fails. If you know how to check weapons though, you know nothing is perfect. *thumbs up*
But hearing that if we need someone gone everyone will back it up physically without throwing the first punch is something that makes me amazingly proud of the realm.

I like the Voice of the People idea. Seems like it'd be a much better idea in retrospect than a bouncer-type person. If it's a threat to the realm, the realm as a whole should respond and do our best to avoid violence.
As my Drill used to always remind us, "It's humanly impossible to pass an inspection if it's close enough..." Plus there's always the gray area where even if the weapon passes, it can be failed if the checker doesn't think it's safe. If the person is bad news, any passing equiptment could be unsafe in their hands.
Also, if I may, I'd like to second Ironside as Voice of the People. He's a good listener, he has experience dealing with people of the maturity level we're talking about from the kiddie kill korner, and he doesn't afraid of anything...
