I've done this a few times. Prepare to be in pain for a couple of days though. But damn it works. Plus the video is kind of funny.

not only is this guy hilarious... I just did a curcuit ...holy shit was it rough.. I can't even do the side crunchs right, but.. man.. everything else was just... painful... I'll probably have to do this everyday, but thanks!

Yeah it's tough as hell, but you hit so much harder and faster. BTW I would not recommend doing this everyday. I only target abs once or twice a week, because it needs rest to recover and gain strength. By doing this everyday, you are not allowing your abs to recover so you won't gain strength. It has something to do with exorcising damages protein strains in the muscles and it takes no less than 48 hours for it to repair itself, more if you work harder, but when the muscle repairs itself it is better off. Something like that.

or in my case, turn around faster so I can get the hell out range of people charging at me with shields..
One of these days, im gonna learn how to push people back with my spear, would be cool if I could even knock em prone ((but that could be... problematic))
