Okay. So, today I made 3 stops with Ipman to find a proper core for a glaive, yet no luck. What kind of core do you recommend for a glaive? Where would I find such a core?

Bandshoppe poles (online)
or i found good 6 ft fiberglass for reds and poles at Farm And Fleet on riverside, their right next to the driveway markers and electric fencing wire. i believe their 11/16''

I would recommend the fiberglass based on ease of availability. Also, if you're not used to fighting with a full sized glaive, the shorter length is a good place to jump into it.
For higher quality, basically no flex, less weight and longer (possibly) length, I'd go with bandshoppe.
